 MUSTAFA MUAMMER BÝLSEL
He was born in Manisa in 1952. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Istanbul in 1974. He officiated in Pamukbank T.A.Þ supervisory board, Fruko Tamek A.Þ (Pepsi), Demirören Group of Companies supervisory board and other group companies. He established a Financial Advisory Office in 1985 and started to work independently. He received the Certified Public Accountant license in 1997. He became an independent auditor in 2013. He is a partner of Istanbul Yöntem Yeminli Mali Müþavirlik Anonim Þirketi. He is affiliated to the Accountant Experts Association of Turkey (Membership of IFAC, IASB, FCM and IAAER). He has a good command of English. He is married and father of one child.

 MAZLUM AKYOL
He was born in Eskiþehir in 1951. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Eskiþehir then he graduated from Economic and Commercial Sciences Academy of Eskiþehir. He took office at the Ministry of Finances Provincial Organization in 1970 then he officiated in various levels at the organization from employee status to directorship. He performed as a director in Beþiktaþ, Üsküdar, Mercan and Foreign Trade Tax Offices. While he was performing the duty of directorship at Istanbul Tax Office, he took his retirement in 1995 due to completion of retirement term. Since 1998 he is acting as a Certified Public Accountant. He is married and father of two children.

 MEHMET ALÝ GÜN
He was born in Adana in 1959. He completed his primary, secondary and lycee education in Adana. He completed the University of Anatolia. He entered the Ministry of Finance as an enquiry employee in 1972 then he performed as a director in Ataköy, Karaköy, Kocasinan, Hocapaþa tax offices respectively and retired in 1997. He is providing advisory services to both our company and other institutions on tax conflicts, deadlocks and actions.

 HALUK AKSU
He was born in Istanbul in 1974. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Department of Finance of the University of Anatolia, he continues his thesis titled “Relationship between the Informal Economy and Inflation: the example of Turkey at the University of Marmara, Institute of Social Sciences, Public Finances Main Scientific Division: Theory of Public Finances Scientific Division. Following completion of his internship in accounting at Bayer Türk A.Þ., he worked as an accounting employee in Toprak Holding A.Þ. He officiated as accounting employee, accounting and personnel manager at group companies affiliated to Kalkavan & Tatlýcý partnership conducting business in maritime and construction sectors between 1994 and 2003. He worked as an auditor in Istanbul Yöntem Yeminli Mali Müþavirlik Anonim Þirketi between 2004 and 2011; since 2011 he worked independently as an Independent Accountant Financial Advisor. He is a delegate of TÜRMOB for the years 2016-2019 and affiliated to the Association of Accountant Experts of Turkey (Membership of IFAC, IASB, FCM and IAAER). He is married and has a daughter.

 YUSUF BARIÞ BÝLSEL
He was born in Istanbul in 1983. He completed his secondary and lycee education in Saint Benoit French Lycee between 1994 and 2002. He graduated from the Business Management Division of the Istanbul Bilgi University in 2007. He completed his master’s degree at Manchester Business School in Accounting and Finance between the years 2007 and 2008. He officiated as an auditor assistant in BDO Baylan company between the years 2008 and 2009. He worked between the years 2009 and 2014 at KPMG Turkey Istanbul Office and left it as an audit manager. During his KPMG and BDO Baylan career he officiated in the audit teams of companies such as TAV Yatýrým Holding, Filli Boya, Dünya Göz Hastaneleri, Indesit Ariston Beyaz Eþya, Onur Air, Doðuþ Ýnþaat, Koray Ýnþaat and Çalýk Holding. In 2014 and 2017, he received Certified Public Accountancy and Independent Auditor licenses respectively. He officiated as a senior finance controller responsible from foreign operations in Turkcell Ýletiþim Hizmetleri A.Þ. Finance Division / Controlling Department between the years 2014 and 2016. He is affiliated to the Accountant Experts Association of Turkey (Membership of IFAC, IASB, FCM and IAAER). He has good command of English and French. He is married and father of a child.

He was born in Istanbul in 1979. He graduated from the Business Management Faculty, Business Management Division of the University of Anatolia. He worked in the insurance sector between 2000 and 2006. He is working as an auditor in Ýstanbul Yöntem Yeminli Mali Müþavirlik Anonim Þirketi. He is married and father of a child.

NEVZAT OLGUN
He was born in Sinop in 1978. He graduated from the Business Management Faculty, Business Management Division of the University of Anatolia. He act in the capacity of Independent Accountant Financial Advisor. After having completed his business college internship between the years 1994 and 2002 in Seyran Pastaneleri San.Tic.Ltd.Þti., which is busy in the food sector he worked as an Accounting and Finance Responsible in the same company. He worked as an auditor in Ýstanbul Yöntem Yeminli Mali Müþavirlik Anonim Þirketi between 2003 and 2012, since 2012 he performs as an Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor.
